BarreLiss Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BarreLiss website, mobile application, and related services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use BarreLiss.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Subscriptions
BarreLiss offers recurring subscription services. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed through those platforms. Website subscriptions may be managed through your BarreLiss account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Fitness Disclaimer
BarreLiss provides fitness and wellness content for informational and educational purposes only. BarreLiss does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concerns.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using BarreLiss workouts and programs, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or other harm associated with exercise activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarreLiss, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Services or participation in any fitness activities.
BarreLiss does not guarantee specific fitness or health results.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through BarreLiss, including videos, workouts, graphics, logos, text, and other materials, is owned by BarreLiss or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use BarreLiss content without written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, share account credentials, interfere with platform operations, violate laws, or infringe upon the rights of others.
Privacy
Your use of BarreLiss is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
